The hotel was a bit far from restaurants, but the convenience of lifts to all floors was appreciated, especially for my wife awaiting knee surgery. The room mix-up was quickly resolved by providing a butler and cart service to the restaurant, a thoughtful touch. However, the toilet connected to the shower was not ideal.
The hotel had a beautiful view from the rooms, but was a bit far from the restaurants. The rooms were pretty standard, but we enjoyed the jacuzzi on the balcony. Anyone could access the pool and beach area, including guests from nearby hotels and cruise ships, which was a downside. The self-closing doors were loud and could be bothersome.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, complete with a bottle of Appleton rum and a stocked fridge with Red Stripes. The service was top-notch with friendly staff making me feel truly welcome. The location, surrounded by palm trees, was relaxing, although the wait staff could have been more attentive. The dining experience was varied and enjoyable, despite occasional long lines. Overall, a great value for the money.
